Need a bike? Need to get some of that old equipment out of your garage? This is the perfect opportunity and proceeds raised at this event help to fund the Park City High School Mountain Bike Team based out of Park City, UT. PCHS MTB takes 20% of ALL sales to benefit the programs.
WE ACCEPT ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS, CASH & CHECKS (UNDER A $400 PURCHASE). THE CASH CHECK OUT WILL BE THE SHORTEST & FASTEST LINE!
WHEN
The 2024 Annual Park City High School Mountain Bike Swap is:
• Saturday, April 27, 8am-5pm
• Sunday, April 28, 11am-3pm
LOCATION
Utah Film Studios: 4001 Kearns Blvd. Park City, Utah (across from Quinn’s junction)
VOLUNTEER
We are looking for volunteers to help with the swap. If you can help please sign up HERE
SELLING & DROP OFF
We take all items related to biking: Adult & Kids mountain & road bikes, trailers, racks, accessories, and apparel!
To sell your items: There are several ways you can enter your used items into the swap:
1. Start the check-in process on your own computer or tablet at home! Then all you have to do is bring your items to drop off and get a printed ticket at the indicated times below at the Utah Film Studios.
Go to website: http://swap.documine.com/ click on “create account”. It is the sellers responsibility to value all items for sale accordingly.
Click the “Bike Swap Check-in Process” at the bottom of this page to download step-by-step details on checking in your items at home.
2. You can bring your bike to the swap location, Utah Film Studios 4001 Kearns Blvd. Park City, UT – Wednesday April 24th 4 pm-7 pm, Thursday April 25th 4 pm-7 pm and Friday, April 26th between 4 pm to 8 pm.
All sellers must fill out Swap information completely. Sellers will receive a check via EMAIL within 10 business days for any item that is sold during the swap. Items that are not sold must be collected from the swap between the hours of 3 pm and 5 pm Sunday, APRIL 28th. Items not collected will be donated to the program.
Utah State sales tax will be applied to all sales. All sales are final.
PCHS MTB takes 20% of the sale to benefit the program with scholarships, the Hispanic Program, and advocacy efforts such as supporting IMBA, The Mountain Trails Foundation, in addition to participating in trail workdays.
We average around $100,000 in merchandise sales each year at the Swap!
